O'Neill Duplex No. 1 - Silverlake

We had the honor of restoring the O'Neill Duplex No. 1, a Designated Historic-Cultural Monument in Silverlake, originally designed by renowned architect Rodney A. Walker. Walker was a design-build contractor whose Mid-Century Modern homes are frequently compared on par with many of the great architects of his time.

Our mission was to faithfully restore Walker’s original vision for the kitchen while seamlessly incorporating modern updates into the existing layout. Key original features, such as the built-in cabinetry and exterior siding, were carefully restored to preserve the home’s architectural integrity and timeless beauty.
