Modern Farmhouse - Arcadia

Experience the timeless allure of this stunning modern farmhouse remodel and addition, where the seamless combination of white board and batten siding, stone accents, and bold black detailing creates a captivating interplay of textures and contrasts across the exterior.  

Step inside this extraordinary modern farmhouse metamorphosis, where an additional 852 sq. ft. of space, coupled with thoughtful redesign and remodeling, has elegantly expanded and reenvisioned the living space.

The newly added detached garage provides 588 sq. ft. of space and additional storage, accommodating everything from workout equipment to bicycles.

Stunning South Pasadena Contemporary Home

Embarking on a transformative journey, our team led a comprehensive redesign aimed at optimizing the outdoor space behind this hillside home. Skillfully, our team reimagined the exterior and interior, maximizing functionality and aesthetics. From there, our dedicated team transitioned seamlessly into the rebuilding phase, managing the initial dig, reinforcing the hillside with new caissons, and introducing significant improvements and updates to the home. 

Undergoing a comprehensive redesign and remodel, this home has been elevated to new heights of practicality and style. The transformation includes the addition of a convenient first-floor laundry room, enhancing daily living. On the second floor, significant expansions and redesigns have taken place, creating a more spacious living room, master bedroom, and kitchen area. Collectively, these updates have added 495 sq. ft. to the home's footprint. Throughout the entire process, our dedicated team meticulously guided the project from conception to completion, ensuring the seamless integration of these impressive new additions.

Additionally, on the exterior, we introduced a spacious new deck area of 827 sq. ft. and new landscaping, providing an inviting outdoor space. The transformation also included a new roof and a completely refreshed exterior design, enhancing the home's overall aesthetic appeal. 

These thoughtful updates not only expanded the home's square footage but also elevated its beauty, culminating in a substantial increase in its overall value.

A stunning Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Conversion Remodel where our team seamlessly integrated an additional 397 sq. ft into the structure. This expansion features a seamlessly integrated new kitchen, 3/4 bathroom, closet/storage, and an attached laundry area. Carefully aligning the architectural style and exterior materials with the existing residence ensures a harmonious blend. Moreover, as an added enhancement, a custom outdoor deck was ingeniously added atop the garage, providing additional outdoor space for versatile use. This meticulous design approach enhances the available space and preserves the entire property's cohesive aesthetic.

Dermatology Arts - Medical Structure - Design Build

Our dedicated team achieved a milestone with the successful completion of the Dermatology Arts commercial property. This endeavor encompassed comprehensive project management, meticulous supervision, and on-site inspections—a testament to our commitment to excellence.

The interior and exterior conversion project witnessed remarkable upgrades, including the creation of eight new exam rooms, three offices, a welcoming waiting room, a state-of-the-art wet lab, refurbishment of two restrooms, and the establishment of a modern break room.

The exterior redesign marked a pivotal moment, epitomizing a structural metamorphosis that breathed new life into the surroundings. This profound transformation not only revitalized the commercial space but also injected vibrancy into the fabric of this unique neighborhood.

In a groundbreaking partnership, Jamie's joined forces with World of Fruit to introduce the first-ever fruit-themed museum to the heart of Los Angeles. Our team orchestrated a seamless transformation, reimagining existing interior spaces to craft eight purpose-built rooms for an immersive, multi-sensory experience.

This monumental 10,000-square-foot commercial project encompassed an array of intricacies, from City planning and navigating permits to adhering meticulously to fire department protocols, ensuring ADA compliance, and overseeing the comprehensive spectrum of tasks—demolition, rebuilding, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, steelworks, carpentry, painting, and commercial restroom retrofitting.

Witness our team's meticulous orchestration of creativity and construction as Jamie's and World of Fruit redefined the boundaries of immersive experiences in this vibrant 10,000-square-foot haven. The Metric Hotel entrusted Jamie's Kitchen & Bath with the task of perfecting the kitchenette in the hotel lobby and crafting the kitchen in the manager's private hotel suite. The impeccable installation of the woodwork, countertops, cabinets, and tiles set the tone for the new modern traveler to enjoy the morning baked goodies, espresso coffee, and tea bar.  Judging by the reviews, the guests love it!

Ebony and Ivory Dream Kitchen

This custom built kitchen was taken from an inspiration in a magazine and the owner added their own personal design cues to help bring the entire kitchen together. From the Italian Marble countertops, to the Spanish glass mosaic backsplash, the owner let her imagination run free with this beautiful kitchen.

To complete their home, they requested custom built closets for their master suite.  Truly a dream project!

La Canada Mid Century Masterpiece

Jamie's Kitchen and Bath worked meticulously with developer and designer Henry E. on this stunning mid century restoration in the hills of La Canada, California. Custom walnut wood cabinetry was used and designed in a completely open kitchen concept and Colorquartz Frost White quartz surface countertops provides long term sustainability, brightness, and flow to the space.

This Beautiful Mid Century Makeover was meticulously planned by the owner and their interior designer. Bold Walnut woods were used to create a stunning and warm effect for the open floor plan. Miele appliances were installed to provide modern amenities to the very mid century style of the home. The master bathroom was designed to have the luxury appointments of a 5 star hotel while providing enough storage for the homeowners personal items.

With the use of Natural Walnut wood and Matte white accents, this kitchen was transformed from a cramp, non functional space, into a useful, entertainers kitchen, complete with modern appliances and plenty of wine storage.

Light and airy, we transformed this once dark and drab kitchen into an open and clean craftsman style kitchen. We used very classic materials to tie the space all together starting with custom made shaker maple wood cabinetry, Carrara Marble counters, and ceramic subway tile.

O'Neill Duplex No.1

We had the honor of restoring the O'Neill Duplex No. 1, a Designated Historic-Cultural Monument in Silverlake, originally designed by renowned architect Rodney A. Walker. Walker was a design-build contractor whose Mid-Century Modern homes are frequently compared on par with many of the great architects of his time.  

Our mission was to faithfully restore Walker’s original vision for the kitchen while seamlessly incorporating modern updates into the existing layout. Key original features, such as the built-in cabinetry and exterior siding, were carefully restored to preserve the home’s architectural integrity and timeless beauty.
